2011, I hope you're better than 2010 was.The threshold isn't very high.
So, with the New Year comes the Yuletide reveal, in which I can actually admit in public that... I wrote Grilo. I know, right? I'm not proud of it. Actually, I am kind of proud of it, just not the fact that it's Grilo.
I wrote Life Aferlife, a post-opera Shilo piece. Please go read and comment. I feel so utterly neglected with this story, which was incredibly difficult for me to write.Maybe it's just terrible! I don't actually know!
For Yuletide Madness, I also wrote themuch more popular Calvin and Hobbes/Where the Wild Things Are crossover fic, At Lunchtime, In the Wilderness. It's short and sweet and there may be more of it eventually.

My favorite part was Amber, though. Proooobably because I don't like Shilo very much, and because you (obviously) have a really good grip on Amber's voice.
I think your yuletide receiver is a dick for not saying anything to you, by the way.
